Radiation swelling and hardness of high-entropy alloys based on the TiTaNbV system irradiated with krypton ions

چکیده
The aim of this work is to study the effect irradiation with low-energy Kr14+ ions an energy 280 keV on radiation swelling and a decrease in strength characteristics high-entropy alloys based TiTaNbV system. prospects these studies are due possibility obtaining new data resistance alloys, which have great potential for use as structural materials new-generation reactors. choice type dose 5 × 1015 Kr/cm2 made it possible simulate arising at displacement per atom 30–50 dpa small surface layer no more than 100–150 nm thick. During carried out, was found that formed medium- TaNbV increased deformation crystal structure. At same time, NbV highest degree softening, while alloy has lower swelling, since addition titanium leads density hardness alloy.
